"Cat's Away" by Colin Kindley was among the first MP3 offerings we made available when we launched the original RiYL site back in 2004. Unfortunately, during the massive redesign, "Cat's Away" got lost in the shuffle and never re-added to the site. Now, after far too long, it is available again! This is only a small sample of what Colin is capable of... He's been recording and releasing his own music since he was in middle school and I've been a fan as long as I've known him (... over a decade!) Colin is the younger brother of Pathway Evan Kindley (rumored to be responsible for the 'steel-drum' keyboard part in The Pathways' "You've Got to Look Inside Yourself"!), he's frequently collaborated with Rebecca Schiffman and is often a member of my band, Criminal Bones. Colin tells me that he's hard at work on a new album and I can't wait to hear it!
